“Angela Sull’Acqua” is a music project conceived by singer and composer Angela Malagisi, shaped by an undulating, evocative character. Her music moves fluidly between jazz and folk, crafting a deeply personal way of telling stories and exploring themes close to her heart—evolution, the mystery of loss, and inner strength—inviting the listener to enter her creative sea, a space defined by open forms.

The title carries an even deeper meaning, safeguarding some of the singer’s most cherished memories—those moments of serene suspension, floating halfway between water and air—as well as a wish to remain in constant motion, riding the wave, like everything embraced by the immensity.

Joining her on this journey are double bassist Giancralo Patris, guitarist Marcello Mangiavacca, and saxophonist Gabriele Fava, each offering their own distinctive contribution with mastery and a refined sensitivity to sound and color.
